Preconditions for use

• Use the audio as background BGM for the video/content
• Performance/Singing Use must be within the scope of the license
• Does not fall under the Prohibited Matters

Commercial use

• Whether corporate or individual, commercial or non-commercial, additional fees or copyright credits are generally not required.
• You may also use the audio free of charge as BGM for posts or advertising videos from corporate/business accounts.

Specifying or adding audio

• You can upload and publish videos in which the audio has been embedded using video production software, etc.
• When using an in-app "Add audio (Select audio)" feature, please make sure yourself that the selected track is the corresponding song distributed on DOVA-SYNDROME before use.

If trouble occurs

If the platform displays warnings or restrictions regarding rights, please check whether your use complies with the license. On UGC services other than YouTube, third-party claims may be made by systems equivalent to Content ID.
