Basic Principles

1. The site's audio materials may be used freely and at no charge for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial, provided such use complies with the terms of this Agreement.

2. You do not need to display copyright or attribution when using the materials, but the rights to each sound source are retained by its composer/creator.

3. The site owner is very pleased when the site is introduced via links, plots, etc.

4. You do not need to report usage, but the composer/creator is very pleased to receive a notice.

5. The site is operated through advertising revenue from sponsors.

6. All advertising revenue from audio previews and profile pages is returned to the composers/creators.

Prohibited Acts

1. Linking directly to the site's audio file URLs when using content on the web.

2. Playing audio directly from the site when using it in stores, events, etc.

3. Using bots or other programs to automatically collect the site's content (images, audio, etc.).

4. Any other act that places a significant load on the site's servers or network.

5. Reproducing and publishing the site's content (online or offline).

6. Regardless of falsification of composer/creator name, secondary public distribution of the site's audio by non-rightsholders.

7. Soliciting participating composers/creators via the contact form.

8. Defaming or slandering the site or its composers/creators.

General Provisions

1. The site may change this Agreement at any time. If the site changes this Agreement, the site will notify users of the changes by a method the site deems appropriate (such as posting on the site) at least two weeks before the effective date. If you use the site after the Agreement has been changed, the changed Agreement will apply to you.

2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or other adjudicatory body of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be given effect to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

3. If this Agreement or related materials are presented in a language other than Japanese, such presentation is only a translation for reference; the Japanese text shall be authoritative. If there is any discrepancy between the Japanese version and a translation, the Japanese version shall prevail.

4. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

5. In the event of any dispute concerning this Agreement, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
