Using our site's audio tracks in the production of television or radio programs, commercials, and similar broadcast uses is allowed free of charge as long as the use falls within the scope of the license.

Blanket License for Broadcasters

Our site's audio tracks are entrusted to NexTone Inc. for management of “broadcast” only through the music publisher Mureca Co., Ltd. We grant blanket licenses to broadcasting organizations, so use for video production is also free of charge. Commercials are non-managed for both reproduction and broadcast (no usage fees), so they may also be used without issue. (Master rights are self-managed under this site and the composers' licenses.)
