There have been reports of overseas copyright management organizations illegally claiming "music publishing rights" to the sound sources published on this site on YouTube.
The following problems may occur if you use songs for which rights have been claimed by the above organizations in your YouTube videos.
However, these problems are caused by the above-mentioned organizations abusing YouTube's current operating rules and systems, and we are currently working with overseas copyright organizations and YouTube through TRACKS, Inc. to resolve the issues.
The above list also includes overseas organizations that sample or modify sound sources available on the Internet without the permission of the rights holders and file for rights on YouTube. These organizations also file copyright infringement claims against unspecified users on YouTube, mainly for the purpose of earning advertising revenue.
In order to respond to the complaint, in both cases of "unauthorized claim of rights" and "application for rights through sampling or modification," the complainant is required to file an objection on YouTube or contact YouTube support. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and ask for your understanding and patience.
It is possible that the source of the alleged copyright infringement was created using sampling material that was legitimately purchased from a distributor. If the alleged infringer refers to the material (phrase) as the source of the alleged infringement, you may file a counter-claim. Please contact the composer of the sound source in question to find out if the material was used and how it was produced.
If none of the above apply to you, please contact us.
Please inform us of the above information and details using the inquiry form.
