Soliciting participating composers or sound effect creators through the contact form
Defaming or slandering this site or any composer or sound effect creator
General Provisions
We may modify the Agreement at any time. If we do, we will announce the changes at least two weeks before the effective date by a method we deem appropriate (such as posting on this site). If you use this site after the Agreement is changed, the revised Agreement will apply to you.
If any provision of the Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
If the Agreement and related documents are displayed in a language other than Japanese, such display is for reference only as a translation, and the Japanese text shall be authoritative. If there is any discrepancy between the Japanese version and any translation, the Japanese version shall prevail.
The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute arising out of the Agreement.
