朝から元気に過ごせそうなスクランブルエッグってありますよね。若い頃の食事というものはどうしても
脂っこく、胃もたれしそうなものばかり摂取してしまいがちですが、元気を出すための食事で体を痛めては
元も子もないです。今日も1日爽やかに過ごせるためにおいしいスクランブルエッグを食べて、外へ駆け出していこう！という気持ちを想起して制作しました。
